Esther Nicolas has been involved in advising on civil and criminal matters both as a junior counsel at the Nasarawa State Ministry of Justice and as a lawyer in private law practice. She is currently involved in litigating on behalf of clients in civil and commercial disputes as well as representing them in other dispute resolution proceedings. She also represents clients in criminal matters as a defense counsel. In addition, she advises clients on regulatory and compliance issues across different industries as well as on a range of other corporate and commercial law issues. She is a highly motivated, innovative, and goal-oriented lawyer with a keen interest in corporate law, tax law, and finance law. Her training in law and project sustainability, experience, and excellent personal attributes position her to deliver high-quality service to our clients. Esther has an excellent academic background and holds an LL.B from the University of Abuja and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
