Dr Kalu K. is a Lecturer at Pusan National University (PNU), Busan, South Korea. He has a master’s degree in Legislative Drafting (a specialized area of law). He obtained his PhD at Korea Maritime and Ocean University, Busan, South Korea. He is a trained Nigerian lawyer with 20 years post-call experience.

He was a member of the Oyo State Law Review (2009-2010) and was part of the team that conducted a study on the use of alternative dispute resolution methods in Nigeria. He has worked in a Korean shipping company and was a researcher during a PNU research project in Indonesia involving the art-craft industry, the tourism sector and cultural heritage conservation.

Aside from his academic pedigree, Dr Anele is a well published academic whose expertise is in maritime law and policy. He has authored many articles in local and international journals and has contributed several chapters in books on contemporary issues of law in Nigeria. Presently, he teaches local culture industry and the creative economy to post graduate students at PNU.
